Must be in Austin, Texas and able to meet in person. We are trying to finalize a new site, and we need special expertise on a couple / few pages. I’d like to get an hourly rate for the first 10 hours and a rate / discount for time over 10 hours… (Budget: $2 – $50 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, Website Design, WordPress)
