Cross sections in CAD for survey

I need two cross sections through the survey topo shown in PDF. This is urgent I need this in next couple of hours. doesnt have to be super accurate but must show critical points where slope changes. (Budget: $10 – $30 USD, Jobs: AutoCAD, Building Architecture, CAD/CAM, Civil Engineering, Home Design)
